Pewaukee-based Jannsen + Company has acquired Oconomowoc-based information technology solution provider TechXpress Consulting LLC for an undisclosed price. The acquisition, which closed Feb. 1, will provide more experience and availability, leading to more efficient service, Jannsen said. Jannsen offers information technology services, tax and accounting services and payroll processing. TechXpress, which was founded in 2005, has closed its office and moved its two employees and its network and support operations into Jannsen’s offices. Jannsen now has 35 employees. Ericsson announced Friday that it reached an agreement to acquire the assets of TimelessMIND, a Canada-based consulting and systems integration company specialising in operations and business support systems or OSS/BSS. Ericsson expects that about 30 employees and consultants – based in Canada and India – will join the company. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015. Ericsson noted that it will benefit from the TimelessMIND employees’ experience of working with telecom customers in Canada. In terms of OSS/BSS products, Ericsson will gain access to a flexible, cloud-based intranet enterprise solution and a rapid software assembly platform that delivers high-quality solutions to its customers.
