Insight Strategy Advisors joins Precision Value & Health
Sector: Life sciences strategy consulting Date: January 2018 Geography: US

Our first deal of 2018 came from advising Insight Strategy Advisors (ISA), a premier life science consultancy supporting value demonstration, pricing, reimbursement, and distribution for biopharmaceutical companies, on its sale to Precision Value & Health. ISA becomes part of Precision Xtract, the global market access consultancy.

The combined consultancy benefits from ISA’s long-term client relationships, enhances Precision Xtract’s strength in market access strategy, and strategically expands the firm’s expertise in quantitative pricing research, distribution, and contracting strategy. The combination will also lead to cutting-edge data harmonization and analytics offerings, guiding clients toward clinical and commercial success.
